À propos du rôle : Le Représentant des ventes minières stimulera la croissance des affaires dans le secteur minier à travers la région de Québec. Ce rôle se concentre sur la promotion de produits et solutions d'ingénierie en s'engageant avec les opérations minières, les firmes d'ingénierie, les entrepreneurs et les partenaires de l'industrie. Vous développerez des relations, stimulerez les ventes et soutiendrez notre réseau de l'industrie minière.
Responsabilités clés :
- Ventes et promotion : Vendre des produits et services aux opérations minières, prospects, spécificateurs, entrepreneurs, distributeurs et utilisateurs finaux.
- Stratégie de marché : Effectuer des recherches de marché et rapporter les résultats pour soutenir la stratégie de ventes dans le secteur minier.
- Relations clients : Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients miniers, distributeurs et contacts de l'industrie.
- Développement de projets : Identifier et poursuivre des projets miniers avec un potentiel de ventes élevé.
- Activités promotionnelles : Exécuter des plans de promotion incluant des présentations, séminaires de formation et visites de sites.
- Collaboration d'équipe : Travailler avec les équipes de ventes internes, d'ingénierie et de support pour une expérience client sans faille.
- Rapports : Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les activités, progrès et tendances du marché minier.
Ce que vous apportez :
- 2-5 années d'expérience en ventes externes, de préférence dans les secteurs minier, construction, CVC ou industriel.
- Expérience dans l'industrie minière préférée avec une éthique de travail fiable et dépendable.
- Solides compétences en établissement de relations avec les professionnels miniers, entrepreneurs et distributeurs.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et d'organisation avec aptitudes mécaniques.
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire préféré.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise.
- Voyages (25-30%) dans les régions minières du Québec.

About the Role:
The Mining Sales Representative will drive business growth within the mining sector across the Quebec City region. This role focuses on promoting engineered products and solutions by engaging with mining operations, engineering firms, contractors, and industry partners. You'll develop relationships, drive sales, and support our mining industry network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion: Sell products and services to mining operations, prospects, specifiers, contractors, distributors, and end-users.
- Market Strategy: Conduct market research and report findings to support sales strategy within the mining sector.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with mining clients, distributors, and industry contacts.
- Project Development: Identify and pursue mining projects with high sales potential.
- Promotional Activities: Execute promotion plans including presentations, training seminars, and site visits.
- Team Collaboration: Work with inside sales, engineering, and support teams for seamless customer experience.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and mining market trends.
What You Bring:
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in mining, construction, HVAC, or industrial sectors.
- Mining industry experience preferred with a reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Strong relationship-building skills with mining professionals, contractors, and distributors.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities with mechanical aptitude.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Fluency in French and English required.
- Travel (25-30%) within Quebec mining regions.
