SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

Mature, experienced bookkeeper to provide support for clients of CPA Firm. Full-time hours (40 hours per week). Primarily remote/work-from-home and flexible work schedule, though occasional travel within GTA is required.

The ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, while often working independently, is required.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and high proficiency in QuickBooks Online are required.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation and posting of client invoices, receipts, AP invoices, vendor payments, journal entries, etc. as required.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Payroll processing
  • Government reporting – HST, Payroll
  • Other Duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • An excellent knowledge of bookkeeping
  • Aptitude to learn computer software programs utilized by the company
  • Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Wage (based on experience): $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:
