**About Us**:
We are a reputable and growing commercial construction company with a strong presence in the Toronto area and a commitment to excellence in every project. We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Bookkeeper** to manage the day-to-day financial operations for both our core company and its sister company.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full-cycle bookkeeping for two companies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare HST and other government remittances
- Process payroll and source deductions
- Maintain general ledger and financial records
- Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking
- Liaise with other depts for invoicing and job costing
- Liaise with external accountants and prepare year-end data
- Support administrative and office functions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping in Canada
- Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of Canadian accounting and tax principles
- Understanding of job costing
- Strong analytical and self-learning ability
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in construction industry is an asset but not required

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
