Duties

  • Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services that align with their objectives.
  • Present sales quotes and offers directly to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and market reach.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Complete in-person and on-line training offered by OEM and Dealership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly. The ability to speak French is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license is with a clean driving record is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
