We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Controller, this role provides administrative and reception support, including processing sales incentives, matching invoices and packing slips, among other key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide front-desk reception coverage during breaks, lunches, and when the receptionist is away.
  • Process sales and delivery incentives.
  • Scan, index and match packing slips.
  • Match CBSA import manifests prepared by our customs broker with supporting invoices and packing slips.
  • Review and process expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing function, including assisting with ordering activities.

Qualifications:   

  • Have the legal right to work in Canada. 
  • High school diploma.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with comfort in a public-facing, front-desk environment when needed. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Working Conditions: 

This permanent role is on-site in an office environment and offers flexibility, with a schedule of 24–32 hours per week. Availability to work during core hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. is required.
