We're expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who want to earn based on performance.

Position Overview

We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Used Car Salesperson to join our team. This is a commission-only position with $400 paid per vehicle sold — no cap on earnings. You'll be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle, building trust, and closing deals.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and engage with walk-in and online customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales
  • Maintain product knowledge on current inventory
  • Follow up with leads and previous customers to build long-term relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required)
  • Valid Ontario G driver's license
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings

Compensation

  • $400 commission per vehicle sold
  • No base salary (commission-only)
  • Unlimited earning potential
