Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to encourage purchases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is inviting and organized.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
