We're looking for hospitality professionals to join our downtown location at First Canadian Place.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee and Italian specialties, while maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front of house.
  • Operate POS systems accurately for processing transactions and handling cash.
  • Ensure food safety and proper food handling practices are followed during food preparation and service.
  • Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours.
