A brand new cafe/restaurant, Cafe 85 is looking for passionate and enthusiastic baristas and servers to join our front-of-the-house team. If you are a "people-person" and care for customer experience and hospitality, this job will be right for you.

Responsibilities

Baristas:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages
  • Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and specialty drinks
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Engage with customers to create a warm and welcoming environment
  • Assist with daily opening and closing tasks

Servers:

  • Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
  • Ensure accuracy in order-taking and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer areas
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the café

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a café, bistro, or restaurant is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and handle busy shifts with grace
  • Baristas: A love for coffee and interest in learning more about specialty drinks
  • Servers: A focus on customer satisfaction and an eye for detail
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
