We are now accepting applications for Learning Management System (LMS) and Technology Support at The Centre for , Okotoks, AB. This is a temporary, full-time position until January 14, 2026 with a possibility of extension. This position provides essential technological and operational support across multiple learning and administrative platforms, including but not limited to: PowerSchool, School Engage, Canvas, LockDown Browser, Microsoft Outlook, Clear Event, SchoolSoft, and FileMaker. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both staff and students in navigating these systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. The position requires effective collaboration and communication with various internal departments, including Information Technology, Administration, and Finance. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex technological problems across multiple platforms.

Data Management: Experience in replicating, collating, and managing data with accuracy and efficiency.

Attention to Detail: A highly detail-oriented approach to tasks and documentation.

Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a large team in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

Initiative: A proactive approach to learning new systems and solving technical challenges independently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Office Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience providing technical or IT administrative support within an educational or office environment. Prior experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas or PowerSchool or similar platforms is an asset. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365 and data entry accuracy. Familiarity with data management, student information systems, and digital recordkeeping will be an asset.
