We are looking for a skilled and reliable Oven Operator / Bread Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to prepare and bake Turkish pide, fresh bread, lavash, and tombik with consistency and high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, shape, and bake Turkish pide, bread, lavash, and tombik
  • Operate and maintain the oven (wood-fired, gas, or electric) safely and efficiently
  • Ensure dough is prepared correctly, including rolling, stretching, and shaping
  • Bake products at the right temperature and timing for perfect results
  • Monitor oven heat and adjust settings when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the oven and prep area
  • Keep all ingredients and dough stations stocked and ready
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to meet customer demand and service speed
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Report any issues with equipment or supplies promptly

Requirements

Experience making Turkish baked items (pide, lavash, bread, tombik) is a strong asset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and work near high heat

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$28.00 per hour
