As Store Manager, you'll lead from the floor—driving sales through strong customer relationships, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll foster a positive, high-performing culture while aligning store operations with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store in alignment with company mission, vision, and values while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and motivating workplace
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and the local community
• Drive sales growth and margins by identifying opportunities, coaching the team, and leading by example on the floor
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, including resolving escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and ongoing training
• Support HR processes including recruitment, documentation, and performance management
• Develop current and future leaders through mentorship and continuous learning
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and legislative requirements
• Promote a culture of safety, wellness, and accountability, including incident response and

Leadership & Operations

• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll accuracy, purchasing, expense control, and reporting
• Maintain operational, merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and ordering standards in line with company policies and procedures
• Provide ongoing performance management through coaching, feedback, and accountability conversations
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with buyers, vendors, and other branches to meet customer demand
• Execute a local market strategy aligned with corporate goals and community needs
• Coordinate with external vendors to maintain a safe, clean, and professional store environment
• Ensure consistent compliance with health and safety, operational, and reporting requirements
• Partner closely with the Director of Operations and participate in regular leadership meetings and calls
