Cannabis Retail Store Manager

**Location Requirement**

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage all aspects of cannabis retail operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and pricing strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to build a knowledgeable and compliant team.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase traffic and sales.
- Oversee payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure full compliance with cannabis retail regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Manage POS systems and ensure proper cash register operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, offering feedback and development plans.
- Foster open communication and teamwork to support a positive store culture.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **cannabis retail management** or a similar regulated retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset.
- Proficiency with budgeting, payroll, and bookkeeping processes.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to creating positive shopping experiences.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
