Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team in providing exceptional beauty and wellness services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, customer service, and retail sales, ensuring that each guest receives personalized attention and care. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients through various treatments and services.

Duties

  • Perform a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their individual needs.
  • Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided and contribute to upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and techniques.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role in the beauty industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in esthetics.
  • Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products.
  • Proficiency in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other esthetic treatments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and recommendations to clients.
