**Job Summary**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring, coordinating, and controlling accredited program standards and is the primary point of contact for the Esthetics program with the college.- Providing quality delivery of assigned courses within the MCU Esthetics program protocols, utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment.- Teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and as required, grading class tests, assignments and exams.- Responsible for and supervising the esthetics faculty operating online and on campus..- Assist with the hiring of Esthetics instructors for teaching the required courses- Responsible for overseeing inventory management and ordering of program supplies
- Coordination duties also include supporting faculty, monitoring student progress, and assisting with curriculum implementation and compliance.
**Skills required**:
- Must fulfill or exceed all the requirements of MCU for Esthetics program- Excellent communication and organization abilities- Working knowledge and hands on experience with MS office- Experience in using medical esthetics equipment- Must be detail oriented- Focused on day to day tasks as assigned- Excellent time management skills
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Diploma in Aesthetics or equivalent qualification- Minimum of 3 years of relevant and current industry experience as a practicing esthetician- Meets MCU’s teaching eligibility requirements- Strong communication and classroom management skills- Experience with coordination preferred (for Coordinator role)
**Working Conditions**
- **Esthetics Program Coordinators** are provided with the necessary office equipment required to complete daily tasks
**Compliance and Regulatory**- Adhere to all CIMT College Policies and Procedures
- Comply with all regulatory standards as set out by the Ministry of Training for Colleges and Universities, and the PCC Act, 2005
