Part-Time Groundskeeper – Astro Hill, Iqaluit, NU

Astro Hill is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Groundskeeper to support the upkeep and maintenance of our properties in Iqaluit, Nunavut. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the grounds of Astro Hill properties year-round
  • Assist with snow removal and seasonal land maintenance
  • Ensure entry points are clear and accessible for tenants and visitors
  • Support cleaning of common areas and shared spaces
  • Provide general assistance with maintenance tasks as needed

Position Details:

  • Location: Astro Hill, Iqaluit, NU
  • Type: Part-Time (~20 hours per week)
  • Compensation: $25.00–$27.50 per hour
  • Housing Subsidy: Available for eligible applicants
