Reporting directly to the Director of Property Management, this is a hands-on role responsible for leading building operations, maintenance, and facilities teams across Astro Hill's residential and commercial properties. The role oversees a team of approximately 16 employees, ensuring efficient day-to-day performance, safety, and quality service delivery.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Strong technical knowledge of boiler plants, plumbing, or glycol-heated systems
  • Proven ability to manage maintenance operations and coordinate renovations or capital projects
  • Experience monitoring and managing departmental budgets, work orders, and preventative maintenance schedules

As our ideal candidate, you are practical, hands-on, and action-oriented, leading by example to maintain safe, efficient, and well-functioning facilities. Highly organized and task-focused, you set clear expectations for your team and understand how day-to-day operational decisions affect financial outcomes.
