**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute routine and proactive maintenance duties on diverse properties, specializing in carpentry, door and window installation, and related tasks.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to promptly and proficiently manage maintenance requests, with an emphasis on minimizing disruptions to tenants and residents.
- Employ your well-honed carpentry skills to perform high-quality repairs, alterations, and improvements across our properties.
- Keep meticulous records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
- Participate actively in the development and execution of comprehensive maintenance plans, optimizing property functionality and safety.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service and maintain open, effective communication channels with residents, clients, and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven expertise in carpentry, with a strong background in door and window installation.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and rectifying carpentry-related issues, coupled with a thorough grasp of associated tools and materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering superior workmanship.
- Adept problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication prowess, enabling effective interactions with residents, peers, and management.
- Willingness to adapt to scheduled on-call shifts in response to maintenance emergencies.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to dependable transportation.
