Roofing Repair Technician

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a roof and takes pride in solving problems the right way. If you're reliable, hands-on, and not afraid to get up there and figure it out, this might be the job for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Roofing Repair Technician, you'll be out in the field handling service calls, leak repairs, and maintenance work — mostly on commercial buildings. You'll:

  • Track down and repair roof leaks
  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections
  • Handle small repairs, tie-ins, and detail work
  • Apply waterproofing and protective coatings
  • Keep job sites clean and safe
  • Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors
  • Work solo or with a small crew, depending on the job

What You Bring

We're not just looking for experience — we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and shows up ready to go.

  • Experience in commercial roofing (especially repairs and service)
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working at heights and in all weather
  • Valid driver's license (service truck may be provided)
  • Your own hand tools
  • Journeyman ticket is a bonus, but not required
  • A strong work ethic and a good attitude
