What You'll Be Doing

As a Roofer at LAING, you'll be hands-on with every layer of the job — from the first sheet to the final detail. You'll:

• Work with flat roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, and SBS.
• Handle new installs, replacements, and repairs.
• Craft custom sheet metal flashings.
• Apply waterproof coatings with precision.
• Keep job sites safe and organized.
• Mentor apprentices and labourers — because we grow together.
• Collaborate with a team that's got your back.

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman ticket? Great. If not, related construction experience works too.
• Comfortable working at heights and on your feet.
• Valid driver's license is a bonus.
• Bring your own hand tools — we'll help with the rest.
• Most importantly: be a team player who shows up and gives it your all.
