Mandatory Requirement

  • M1 - Must demonstrate that the proposed resource complies with a Level 2 Privacy Impact Assessment Specialist (C.16) as defined by Annex A - Requirements for Services, of the TBIPS Supply
  • M2 - Must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in performing privacy impact assessments within the Government of Canada.
  • M3 - Must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of one (1) year experience within the last five (5) years in acting as the subject matter expert on the organization's use of a privacy governance framework.

Rated Criteria

  • R1 - The proposed resource must have experience completing PIAs (privacy impact assessments) within the Government of Canada. The PIAs must be from within the last 7 years.
  • R2 - The proposed resource must have experience drafting and implementing privacy action plans; these are recommendations for possible privacy risk mitigation strategies. Privacy actions plans must be from within the last 7 years.
