We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with inquiries, escalations, and technical issues.
- Process merchant applications accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry and ensure all records are maintained and updated in a timely manner.
- Submit service requests and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support with network and terminal connectivity.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional Empyrean products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Computer savvy — comfortable navigating multiple software systems and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of networks and POS connectivity (required).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service, merchant services, or payments is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
