We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, escalations, and technical issues.
  • Process merchant applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry and ensure all records are maintained and updated in a timely manner.
  • Submit service requests and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support with network and terminal connectivity.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional Empyrean products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Computer savvy — comfortable navigating multiple software systems and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of networks and POS connectivity (required).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service, merchant services, or payments is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
