Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON, for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The specialist will handle day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk inquiries, assisting end-users with hardware and software needs. Responsibilities include managing and resolving desktop computer issues, supporting a range of IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations for both internal and client-side technology environments.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting experience
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers
  • Strong foundation in Information Technology systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve issues independently
  • Experience with endpoint management, MDM tools like Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot and IT security measures is an asset
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) or equivalent knowledge is preferred
