The Role

We are seeking a Billing & Administrative Specialist to own invoicing, payments, documentation, and internal administrative workflows. This role is essential to keeping the firm running smoothly and allowing our sales and service teams to focus on clients and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and send invoices, statements, and premium billing accurately and on time

  • Process payments, reconcile accounts, and track outstanding balances

  • Produce policy documents, endorsements, certificates, and related paperwork

  • Handle administrative requests from sales and service teams

  • Support new client onboarding documentation

  • Maintain organized records and improve internal processes

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years in billing, administration, accounting support, or insurance operations

  • Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Professional communication and ownership of responsibilities

Preferred:

  • Experience in insurance or financial services

  • Familiarity with insurance billing and policy documentation
