You'll work hand-in-hand with our experienced Québec recruitment squad to strengthen our presence in Ontario and help us continue building a high-performing, human-centered team.

Your mission

You'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles mainly in sales, marketing, and pre-sales — both in Ontario and, occasionally, Québec. From prospecting to onboarding, you'll have ownership of your mandates within our established processes and ATS.

You'll be part of a collaborative and experienced recruitment team, where best practices, structure, and creativity go hand in hand.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, outreach, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Actively source and hunt top talent in Toronto, using creative and strategic methods.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define and prioritize recruitment needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Vooban's culture and standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices and tools.
  • Work closely with your teammates in Québec to ensure alignment and mutual support.
  • Uphold Vooban's recruitment processes while managing your own pipelines and priorities.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events in Ontario.

You might be our next A-player if you…
  • Have 4 to 8 years of experience in recruiting professional-level roles (ideally in a tech or consulting environment).
  • Are passionate about headhunting and sourcing — LinkedIn Recruiter is your favorite tool.
  • Are bilingual (Perfectly fluent in English and functional in French) — you can screen and communicate with candidates in both languages.
  • Have experience recruiting in sales, marketing, or technology.
  • Are driven, structured, and detail-oriented — you follow through and deliver.
  • Love teamwork and know that sharing knowledge makes everyone better.
  • Have strong communication and influencing skills — people want to work with you.
  • Are curious, creative, and always seeking new ways to find top talent.
