As a market shaper and innovator, we're driven by the belief that every Canadian deserves access to insurance that fits their life – and we're building the team to make that happen.

Here, you'll join a compassionate, forward-thinking team full of curious minds and bold thinkers who care deeply about what they do. You'll feel your impact — and see it in the people you help us bring on board.

Who we need
As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to leaders and a champion of exceptional talent experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has a growth mindset, thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and loves the challenge of finding great people for meaningful work.

What you will do
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment — from partnering with hiring managers to sourcing, assessing, and closing great candidates.
  • Build strong, advisory relationships with business leaders, offering market insights, competitor intelligence, and strategic guidance.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of recruitment, building pipelines of high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our people-first culture and talent philosophy.
  • Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage searches efficiently, track progress, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Design structured interview guides to help mitigate bias and elevate hiring quality.
  • Track key recruiting metrics to inform continuous improvement and ensure our processes stay human, transparent, and efficient.

What you will bring
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) required — with strong written and verbal communication skills for recruiting bilingual roles across Canada for all areas of the business.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience in talent attraction strategy, social recruiting, and hiring for high volume and specialist roles.
  • A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach — you thrive in change and always look for better ways to do things.
  • A growth mindset — you're curious, adaptable, and energized by learning and continuous improvement.
