About The Team
Our Talent & Culture team, consisting of 11 individuals, oversees the two main aspects of human resources: human resource management and and recruiting. Together, we ensure that our employees are in roles that match their expertise and aspirations, and that they remain happy and successful at work

Our recruitment team is currently seeking a new team member: a Talent Acquisition Advisor with experience in high-volume recruitment for operational and technology roles. This unique role will give you the opportunity to experience a rapidly evolving, successful, and dynamic young company. Your contribution will be essential for achieving business goals, and your impact will be significant.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for positions in the operations departments and the technology departments, from candidate sourcing to offer presentation
• In-person interviews and new employee onboarding
• Ensure the implementation of a structured, proactive, and performance-focused recruitment process
• Utilize various sourcing channels and tools to find potential candidates
• Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up-to-date and ensure its optimal use
• Propose continuous improvements and innovate on best practices
• Provide a first-class candidate experience
• Develop and execute various recruitment strategies and create engaging content based on job requirements, in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and proactively identify visibility opportunities for the company.
• Participate in relevant events.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written (an asset)
• Experience in proactive candidate sourcing
• Experience with various ATS (Experience with Rippling is an asset)
• Experience in a staffing agency or startup (an asset)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to solve problems with creativity and autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality, good judgment

• Work in a hybrid model that requires a 3 day presence at the office
