Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a consultative and strategic approach. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers across departments, developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will work independently with a high degree of autonomy, balancing competing priorities, demanding timelines, and high expectations while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Success in this role will be measured by quality of hires, time-to-fill, and stakeholder engagement. You will also play a key role in managing expectations, advising on best practices, and continuously improving the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment, meeting weekly and monthly KPI targets.
- Manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions at various stages across multiple departments, ensuring organized, efficient, and timely progression of each search.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality professionals.
- Proactively engage passive talent through direct sourcing, utilizing ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards.
- Manage recruitment across all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership.
- Drive the offer negotiation process, ensuring alignment with salary bands, company policies, and competitive compensation packages.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, executives, and department leaders, providing market insights and guidance.
- Facilitate regular recruitment strategy meetings with key stakeholders to optimize hiring processes and engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive intake sessions with hiring teams to accurately scope new or modified roles, ensuring seamless documentation and process execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing 15+ requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive talent in both the US and Canada.
- Hands-on experience with leading HRIS/ATS platforms (experience with Ultimate Software/UKG is a plus).
- Strong negotiation skills, with expertise in structuring complex compensation and benefits packages while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and improve recruitment metrics.
