Our home office and manufacturing plant is located in Surrey, British Columbia, plus we have dedicated sales and service Centers in Surrey, Oakville, and Montreal.
Job Overview
We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our Retail & Event Sales Team in at our Manufacturing plant in Surrey. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, has strong communication skills, and wants to be part of a growing, energetic team.
As a Sales Specialist, you'll represent our hot tub brand at the retail location and events. You'll help customers find the right product, answer questions, and provide a great experience from start to finish.
Duties
- Serve as a front-line brand ambassador, representing Beachcomber with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide in-store and off-site retail support, including Costco and special event locations.
- Present the benefits of hot tub ownership, tailoring recommendations to meet customer needs
- Achieve sales goals by closing deals and maximizing each opportunity
- Maintain merchandise displays and signage according to corporate standards
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, store staff and management
- Execute in-store special events and promotions to drive awareness and sales
- Supporting the sales process from first contact to final sale
- Able to achieve sales by educating customers and selling around the concept of Health and Wellness.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to coaching, development, and improvements to achieve success.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills as you will be working in a customer-facing role
- Self-driven and goal oriented who can work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to stand at retail counters and sales floors for extended periods.
- 2+ years' experience and proven success in retail or direct sales, preferably with high-value consumer products.
- Open to coaching, development, and improvements to achieve success.
- You must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
· Required to travel to customer locations/ Costco or sales events as required.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
