Human Resources Assistant

Our client in the public sector is seeking an organized HR Assistant for a temporary assignment.

This is a hands-on role that will support the efficient management of HR operations and employee relations. In this role, you will assist with employee record management, organize physical employee folders, and complete scanning and digitization according to recordkeeping guidelines.

Qualifications

  • You have a post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field;
  • You have 1-2 years of HR experience in a similar environment;
  • You have advanced Adobe skills with previous scanning and digitization experience;
  • You have previous experience working with a HRIS;
  • You have excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
