**Compensation**:
$80,000+

**Responsibilities**:

- Help buyers and sellers navigate their real estate transactions with confidence.
- Attend weekly team calls, masterminds, and sales training to sharpen your skills.
- Leverage the BRIX platform for branding, marketing, and lead generation.
- Build a strong online and offline presence using our content resources and social media systems.
- Utilize mentorship and coaching to continuously grow your business and client base.
- Maintain compliance and coordinate deals using our pay-as-you-go TC program (optional).
- Participate in in-person or virtual community meet-ups and team events.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Active real estate license or in progress** (required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and business-minded.
- Open to coaching, learning, and collaboration,
- Comfortable with basic tech tools (CRM, Zoom, social media),
- New and experienced agents welcome,
