Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Kitchener, ON. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing project delivery. Daily tasks will include client communication, project planning, coordination with various teams, budget management, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Experience in client account management and relationship building
- Proficiency in project planning, coordination, and budget management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of landscape design and maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
