Job Overview
The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all divisions of Visture Property Group. This role will lead sales strategy and execution for our Property Management services, Construction & Renovations division, and related customer solutions.
The successful candidate will build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team while ensuring alignment with Visture's mission and values. This is a strategic leadership role requiring both strong business development expertise and hands-on team leadership to expand our client base, deepen existing relationships, and achieve ambitious growth targets.

The Senior Sales Officer is accountable for leading the sales organization at VPG, with responsibility for strategic growth across Property Management, Construction & Renovations, and related customer services. This role requires both strategic directionandhands-on leadership to drive client acquisition, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships.
The successful candidate will build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team while setting and monitoring sales targets, and collaborating with executive leadership to align sales execution with organizational strategy ensuring alignment with Visture's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across all divisions - Property Management, Construction, Leasing, and other services.
· Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
· Set clear sales targets, KPIs, accountability frameworks, and performance metrics aligned with VPM`s goals.
· Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align sales efforts with strategic priorities.
Team Leadership & Development
· Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives and business development professionals.
· Foster a high-performance culture grounded in Visture's values of integrity, accountability, and excellence.
· Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team skills in consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-based sales.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and repeat business.
· Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts and high-value contracts.
· Represent VPG atindustry events, trade shows, and community forums.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
· Lead initiatives to expand market share and strengthen brand presence across Ontario and beyond.
· Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to develop integrated campaigns, proposals, and client presentations.
· Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to anticipate opportunities and risks.
· Identify, pursue, and secure new clients across VPG's service portfolio.
· Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and commercial clients.
· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company profitability and service standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Marketing department to design sales campaigns, proposals, and promotional strategiesincluding residential leasing events
· Work with Operations to align service delivery with client expectations.
· Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysisto executive leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
· 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience (property management, construction, or related sectors preferred).
· Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals at both individual and team levels. Applicants must be able to present verifiable sales data, including conversion metrics, closing rates, and lost-lead analysis.
· Strong knowledge of real estate markets property management services, construction/renovations, and B2B/B2Cclient segments, and sales cycles.
· Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow high-performing sales team.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into results.
· Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field is an asset.
· Experience in leading, coaching, and scaling sales teams.
· Attend association meetings on behalf of the company, build and maintain strong relationships, and actively identify new associations that would benefit the business. *This may require after hours attendance.
