Job Title: Automotive Sales Representative

Location: [Ottawa, ON]

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. This role primarily involves outbound sales efforts to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote our automotive products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to network and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
