QA/QC Personnel – Natural Health Product Manufacturer

We are a Health Canada–licensed manufacturer of Natural Health Products (NHPs), specializing in high-quality supplements and nutraceuticals. To support our growing operations, we are looking to expand our Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Health Canada's NHP Regulations and cGMP standards.
  • Conduct in-process and finished product testing, including tablets, capsules, and powders.
  • Review and approve batch records, SOPs, and specifications.
  • Perform raw material and packaging component inspections.
  • Investigate deviations, OOS results, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support audits, regulatory submissions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with production and R&D teams to maintain product quality and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • QA/QC experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Health Canada NHPD guidelines, GMP, and quality systems.
  • Experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, UV, dissolution, microbiological testing) is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
