SUMMARY

, a division of Metro Supply Chain, is one of North America's fastest growing companies. We specialize in managing residential home improvement projects on behalf of most major Big Box retailers.

We are looking for a Bilingual Service Coordinator to communicate between homeowners and installers to make every project as smooth as it possibly can be.

Successful candidates in this role have excellent organizational skills. They are able to multi-task and take the lead in managing multiple projects with minimal supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbound and outbound communications with customers, clients and technicians via phone, live chat, text, and email
  • Support for Contractors, Customers and Clients
  • Customer Service, Booking, and Sales on behalf of Clients, Customers, and Technicians
  • Dispatching jobs to Technicians
  • Provide minor coaching/training for our technicians on proper use of the Quick Contractor system and client process
  • Updating job records
  • Additional duties as directed on an as needed basis

EDUCATION

  • High School diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Call center experience or in a related field an asset
  • Demonstrated above average people skills
  • Proven skills in; Organization, follow-ups and multi-tasking with high responsibility
  • Quick Learner and at ease with new computer software
  • Team Oriented
  • Self-Motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Available to occasionally work weekends and evenings
  • Perfectly bilingual - English and French
