The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.

Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions

  • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
  • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
  • RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

In this role, you will work aside an experienced team. You will also develop your expertise by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of SuccessFactors applications for our clients. You will have the opportunity to develop the skills of the team through coaching.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Identifying, analyzing and understanding clients' needs
  • Formalizing these needs and looking for solutions
  • Configuring the SuccessFactors software and its different modules
  • Using BizXpress and BizXpert (SuccessFactors) methodology to manage the complete project life cycle
  • Carrying out functional tests
  • Documenting the implemented solution
  • Training users and providing the necessary support
  • Assisting the team or project manager in organizing delivery and supervising less experienced resources

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management
  • Knowledge of design, implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors modules
  • Strong ability for understanding and analyzing the HR management processes
  • Customer service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading workshops
  • Our clients are located both in Quebec and outside Quebec, so you may be required to work in both French and English to meet their needs.

Dans ce rôle, tu travailleras aux côtés d'une équipe expérimentée et tu développeras ton expertise en réalisant des projets d'envergure impliquant le déploiement applications SuccessFactors pour nos clients. Tu contribueras également à développer les compétences de l'équipe à travers le coaching.

Tes responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Identifier, analyser et comprendre les besoins des clients;
  • Formaliser ces besoins et rechercher les solutions adaptées;
  • Configurer le logiciel SuccessFactors et ses différents modules;
  • Utiliser la méthodologie SuccessFactors pour gérer le cycle de vie complet du projet;
  • Effectuer les essais fonctionnels;
  • Documenter la solution mise en place;
  • Former les utilisateurs et assurer le soutien requis;
  • Assister le gestionnaire d'équipe ou de projet dans l'organisation de la livraison et encadrer les ressources moins expérimentées

Compétences requises :

  • Minimum de 3 années d'expérience en configuration de la solution SAP SuccessFactors, idéalement avec les modules Performance & Goal Management;
  • Capacité à gérer un projet SuccessFactors de la conception, l'implantation, au déploiement;
  • Expérience en analyse des processus de gestion des RH;
  • Sens du service à la clientèle et excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles;
  • Expérience pour mener des ateliers;
  • Nos client·es sont réparti·es à la fois au Québec et à l'extérieur du Québec, donc tu pourrais être appelé·e à travailler en français et en anglais pour répondre à leurs besoins
