As a SAP HR-Payroll consultant, you will be able to develop your expertise, supervised by an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of SAP, SuccessFactors, etc., applications for our clients, and-or support our existing clients through our Application Maintenance Services agreement. Your role as a consultant will involve understanding and analyzing the technical requirement of the business process. This complementary nature of technical role, along with your interpersonal and customer service skills, shall ensure your success in this extremely diversified and stimulating area.

• Use and adapt our methodology to manage the complete project life cycle;
• Write and maintain necessary functional and technical documentation
• Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and business/process modeling;
• Gather requirements from functional business owners;
• Design robust business processes considering accepted industry practices;
• Configure the SAP Payroll and its different modules;
• Carry out functional tests;
• Drive the development of functional and systems specifications (reports, interfaces, conversion, etc.);
• Document the implemented solution;
• Train users and provide the necessary support;
• Actively perform knowledge sharing with team members;
• Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment;
• Support system post go-live to insure stability in delivery.

As a consultant, you will also:

• Establish positive relationships with your clients and colleagues while demonstrating interpersonal skills and good judgment;
• Identify obstacles and issues, as well as action and mitigation plans;
• Collaborate in preparing offers of services or determine potential strategic clients;
• Participate in mentoring and developing Kronos team members;
• Identify functional, technical and strategic orientations.

• University degree in Computer Science or Management;
• 4 to 6 years in configuring the SAP Payroll solutions (including rules & schemas);
• Minimum of 2 SAP implementation or deployment projects;
• Knowledge of "best practices" built into the SAP software;
• Strong ability in understanding and analyzing the Payroll management processes;
• Bilingual (English and French);
• Mastery of the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of the following MS applications: Visio, Access, Project.

• Focused on customer service and with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to supervise a delivery team;
• Strategic capacity to develop the Kronos practice;
• Ability to work under pressure on simultaneous assignments;
• Ability to adapt;
• Ability and capacity to manage priorities and stress.
