Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is limited access to our office. This position will be mostly remote
Summary
As an HRIS consultant, you will be able to develop your expertise, work among an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of the HR Software applications. Your role as a consultant will involve analyzing our client's needs to configure and implement differents softwares.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from functional business owners
- Participate in client meetings to determine project scope
- Configure HR Software Suites
- Learn best practices in deployment and implementation of softwares
- Participate in customer training workshops
- Assist clients with user acceptance testing
- Write functional and technical documentation
- Provide software support after implementation
As an IN-RGY consultant, you will also:

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities;
- Ability to adapt to change;
- Have an entrepreunarial mindset;
- Bilingual English & French
- Experience with writing SQL queries and advance knowledge in excel are a plus
