As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting high net worth families, conducting cold calls, and setting appointments. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect high net worth families through cold calling and other lead generation methods.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to identify client needs and qualify prospects.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for further discussion and presentation of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up actions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cold calling or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
  • Previous experience in wealth management or financial planning is an asset.
