We are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as a Sales Associate (part-time/Full-time) for our Square One location

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients. Including but not limited to…

  • Greet all customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assess customer needs and inquiries by asking open-ended questions to provide personalized solutions, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to support them in selecting the right products
  • Stay informed about current sales and ongoing in-store promotions to keep customers updated and enhance their shopping experience
  • Ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions by efficiently utilizing our point-of-sale system and Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term brand loyalty
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and achieve goals
  • Participate in fun and motivating in-store contests and initiatives to drive sales, engage customers, and strengthen team spirit while having the opportunity to earn recognition and showcase your skills
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • A deep enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
