The Role
Position: Social Media Manager (Volunteer Leadership Role)
Commitment: 1–4 hours per week (flexible)
Location: Montreal (Remote-friendly, with optional office meetups)
As Social Media Manager, you will lead the creative direction of our online presence. You will organize the social media calendar, guide the team, and ensure that all content reflects MTLIFF's mission and brand identity.
What You'll Be Doing
● Develop and manage MTLIFF's monthly social media calendar (schedule already in place)
● Generate creative content ideas and oversee their execution by the team
● Maintain consistency in tone, style, and message across all platforms
● Collaborate with marketing, events, and design teams to align campaigns
● Supervise team members to ensure deadlines and content quality are met

● Strong leadership and organizational skills
● Creativity and a strong understanding of storytelling through visuals
● Experience in social media strategy or content management

Le Rôle
Poste : Responsable des Médias Sociaux (Rôle bénévole de leadership)
Durée : 2 à 4 heures par semaine (flexible)
Lieu : Montréal (travail à distance possible, rencontres d'équipe optionnelles)
En tant que Responsable des Médias Sociaux, vous dirigerez la stratégie créative de notre
présence en ligne. Vous organiserez le calendrier des publications, guiderez l'équipe et veillerez
à ce que le contenu reflète la mission et l'identité du MTLIFF.
Vos Responsabilités
● Gérer et organiser le calendrier mensuel des médias sociaux (structure déjà en place)
● Proposer des idées de contenu créatives et superviser leur réalisation
● Garantir la cohérence du ton, du style et du message sur toutes les plateformes
● Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, événements et design
● Superviser les membres de l'équipe pour assurer le respect des échéances et la qualité
du contenu
Profil Recherché
● Solides compétences en leadership et en organisation
● Créativité et sens du storytelling visuel
● Expérience en stratégie ou gestion de contenu numérique
● Esprit d'équipe et collaboration internationale
● Passion pour le cinéma, la culture et l'impact social
