What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule meaningful conversations
  • Research and identify new opportunities using advanced tools and systems
  • Collaborate with senior advisors on tailored strategies for retirement, tax, and wealth planning
  • Contribute to business development and client service initiatives
  • Participate in all aspects of client planning, from investment design to intergenerational wealth transfer
  • Build a personal practice, supported by a team that wants you to succeed

Professional Growth

We believe in learning by doing, supported every step of the way. You'll shadow top advisors, receive one-on-one coaching, and get hands-on experience. We'll also support your licensing journey (CSC, CPH), ensuring you're fully equipped to become an independent advisor when you're ready.

What We're Looking For

  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant business experience preferred

Compensation

Compensation for this role includes a commission component, reflecting the importance of results and client growth in your journey.
