Role Description This is a full-time Associate role located on-site in Dorval, QC. The Associate will work closely with advisors and team members to provide administrative and operational support. Core responsibilities include maintaining client records, preparing account documentation, facilitating scheduling, coordinating with clients, and supporting the onboarding process for new clients. Administrative duties may also include managing incoming inquiries, generating reports, and fostering a positive client experience through detailed and efficient service. The successful candidate will also assist with data entry and other office tasks to ensure optimal operations. Qualifications Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, record‑keeping, and coordinating client activities Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Customer service and relationship management skills to deliver exceptional client experiences Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced office environment Knowledge of financial services or wealth management is an asset Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred Willingness to learn and stay informed about industry practices Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Finance and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
