About the Role We are looking for magnetic HIIT Pilates Instructors who are masters of movement and masters of the room. You should be comfortable leading high-intensity, low-impact sessions in a heated environment, ensuring every member—from the beginner to the athlete—leaves feeling empowered.

What You'll Do Create Connection: Lead world-class HIIT Pilates classes that prioritize safety, inclusivity, and a "community-first" mindset.

Bring Your Artistry: Design your own creative sequences and playlists. At Seven, we value your unique voice over a rigid corporate script. Hold the Space: Be more than an instructor—be a mentor. Build genuine relationships with our members and get to know their names and their goals.

Lead with Presence: Arrive early to welcome members, set the vibe, and ensure the studio is a welcoming "cozy-clean" oasis.

Grow with Us: Act as a brand ambassador for Seven, participating in local community events and small-scale studio initiatives.

What You Bring Certification: Mat Pilates Certification is a must.

Experience: 3+ years of experience leading group fitness (specifically in boutique environments).

Heat Tolerance: You are energized by—and comfortable teaching in—a heated studio.

Open-Level Mastery: The ability to provide modifications and progressions on the fly for a diverse range of bodies.

Authenticity: A commitment to teaching with integrity. We value personality over performance. Certifications: Valid CPR/AED certification.
