LeadSecretary is a Canada-based AI communications platform that helps businesses answer every call, follow up instantly, and never miss a lead.
Our clients include HVAC, real estate, home services, and professional service firms across North America.
With offices in London and Hamilton, Ontario, LeadSecretary continues to expand across Canada and the United States. We're looking for dependable, self-driven sales professionals who can connect with business owners, present our platform clearly, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Work from a mix of provided leads and self-built call lists using Google Local Services, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and host online demos.
- Guide clients through onboarding and coordinate with the setup team.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
- Follow up with clients for renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
Compensation & Support
- $800 base pay per week, provided until commissions consistently exceed this amount.
- 20% commission on qualified sales and activations.
- Incentives for consistent performance.
- Mentorship and ongoing development support.
Ideal Candidate
- Cold calling experience is a must.
- Experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented; CRM experience an asset.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to work effectively with clients across Canada and the U.S.
- Interest in technology or AI tools is a plus.
Work Environment
- Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 9 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility based on your local time zone.
- Remote role with occasional in-office collaboration in London or Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
