Join us as we transform customer communication Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to support the launch and growth of our enterprise product. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive success with enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process, from initial contact to closing. Act as a technical expert on Syntheia’s AI and NLP-based solutions, effectively communicating their value to potential clients. Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to enterprise customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring a consultative and solutions-oriented approach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met during product implementation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM. Stay updated on AI technology, call center operations, and industry trends to provide clients with informed insights. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the tech industry, ideally in solution sales. Proven experience working with enterprise clients and navigating complex sales cycles. Strong understanding of AI technology and its application in call centers or similar environments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English . Ability to create and deliver professional presentations and accurate quotes. Experience using HubSpot CRM is an added advantage.
