We're expanding across Ontario and looking for a driven, people-focused Field Sales Representative to bring Rossy AI directly to local businesses. This is a door-to-door, B2B sales role — ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and excited to meet business owners face-to-face.

What You'll Do

  • Visit businesses daily across Ontario to introduce and demonstrate Rossy AI.
  • Explain how Rossy AI solves key problems like missed calls, unqualified leads, and low conversion rates.
  • Generate and manage your own leads within your assigned territory.
  • Deliver engaging in-person presentations and demos using a tablet or laptop.
  • Record daily visits, leads, and outcomes in CRM or reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work independently in the field and represent Rossy AI with professionalism.
  • Stay flexible during poor weather conditions (alternate scheduling allowed).

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales or door-to-door B2B sales experience.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with strong persuasion and closing skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated to work independently.
  • Must have a car and a valid Ontario driver's license to travel between clients.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and managing your own schedule.
  • Basic understanding of technology or AI solutions (training provided).
