We specialize in battery and charger sales (new & refurbished), onsite repair, preventive maintenance, training, and environmentally responsible disposal of scrap batteries. Our mission is to keep businesses powered with reliable, cost-effective energy solutions for material handling batteries, warehousing, solar, and standby power applications.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a customer-focused role, promoting industry-leading solutions and building strong, long-term relationships with businesses across Ontario. What You'll Do


• Manage and grow your sales territory by developing strong customer relationships.


• Identify and secure new business opportunities for batteries, chargers, and maintenance contracts.


• Provide technical advice and support on product selection, performance, and preventive care.


• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.


• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.


• Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and after-sales support.


• Represent CellCare at customer sites, industry events, and training sessions.

What We're Looking For


• 1+ years of sales experience in batteries, chargers, material handling equipment, or industrial power solutions.


• Strong customer focus with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.


• Technical aptitude – able to learn and explain battery specifications and maintenance needs.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.


• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.


• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the GTA.
