The position involves worked three evening shifts and two overnight shifts.

**Newly hired employees will receive 85% of the posted wage rate for the first six months of employment or until they complete 900 working hours, whichever comes first. After this period, they will receive 100% of the posted rate.**


The ideal candidate is one who is focused on guest service, who enjoys interacting and meeting new people. Candidate will have a courteous and professional demeanor, and be willing to go the extra mile to make a guests experience exceptional.

  • Checks in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
  • Making and entering reservations accurately while reviewing hotel inventory.
  • Assures that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged. Issues correct keys to the guest.
  • Checks out guest at end of stay. Ascertains guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges and presents bill to guest. Settles bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction.
  • Maintains a balanced float assigned by the hotel. Reconciles all transactions at the close of each shift.
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisor
  • This role demands scheduling flexibility, as it includes three afternoon/evening shifts and two overnight shifts each week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $27.50 per hour
